Was taking a photo of the last flowers of season and found this guy all nicely posed . I went to shoo him away to get another shoot and he was dead. Died a happy one . Took the shot with my iPhone . My 40D is finished and trying to decide between 60D and 7D.

What a way to go ;-) If it were me...I'd go for the 7D...would love it for my birds and wildlife!!!

sometimes they aren't dead, but merely cold. If you see another one, leave it there and when/if the sun shines, it just might wake up.
