Trump's flaunting of power is a law game challenge by attorneys of ill repute and the sweetheart chosen judge... well discussed in the Politico article. His attorneys have challenged many government attorneys as in a chess game and they will for the fun of the challenge try to win; gamesmanship.

The government DOJ and lawyer friends of the DOJ far outnumber Trump's team. One of them may come up with a law long gathering dust that can make a difference. Let us not forget the New York Tax problem and the Georgia v****g corruption cases. Remember that Al Capone died in jail convicted of Tax crimes and was never convicted of his major criminal activities.

What powers do the CIA and DOD have that typical lawyers do not know about? If the CIA grabs Trump, then Trump's Attorneys would have to fight to get him released from internment in a foreign location. As a side thought, the documents were moved while Trump was still Commander and Chief of the Army. Generals have been court marshaled, haven't they,
