I've hiked Watkins Glen state park several times. I've been there when it was so wet, it was difficult to hike, and I've been there when it was so dry, there was just a trickle of water. I especially enjoyed the laser show they did in the evening. I haven't been there in a few years, but definitely plan on going back. It's a truly interesting place to visit.

If you get there when you can go swimming, the pool by the hotel is filled with spring water and it is ice col and crystal clear, enjoy!
