i am trying a few new technics with my videos; trying to walk and keep the camera steady, and physical up and down motion and keeping it smooth. There is no fancy camera equipment used, just an iPhone camera.

The video looks good. Regarding the walking and panning, it is somewhat noticeable, and not super, super smooth. I will say it is pretty smooth in general, but certainly not “perfect” if that is what you trying to achieve.
This is because:
1) I was looking for any up/down right/left jerky movements
2) the cuts were long, allowing one to notice any such movements, especially since walking tends to create the same jerkiness over and over
3) there wasn’t anything besides the occasional sun flare/glare to catch the viewer’s attention, thus leaving the viewer to notice the slightly jerky movements from walking.
Hope that helps. Otherwise your walking and panning shots were fine. I could not do any better than you.
