Well, duh the loss of the Black family has harmed B****s tremendously. And, the actions taken by government have helped cause that. For example the current welfare rules allow a woman to live with a man who is not the father of her children and still collect benefits regardless of the income that individual has, but if it's the father of her children then his income is counted. So, it encourages people to not be married and not live with the father of their children because it's money in the bank if they don't. So, duh government has a lot to do with the state of Black families.

That is true. But that is not what this video is about. It is about a supposed conspiracy to bread the Black family. But these policies have broken poor white families as well. It is bad policy, yes. It is a conspiracy? No.

Manufacturing in or near major cities declined, and was replaced by jobs in the leisure, entertainment and service sectors.

I agree with the guy about the decrease in the training and education of everybody in the trades and practical employment.

The current emphasis on “College for everyone” at any cost seems rather stupid.

The entire infrastructure is on the road to collapse precisely because people of all sorts, types and colors are discouraged from learning trades and instead steered by councilors toward college. Colleges and Universities where students are induced to incur debt. As well as encouraged to take courses that are “easy” yet will NEVER afford them suitable employment to repay debts!

One of the greater problems is that many students entering college do not have sufficient reasoning or learning sk**ls to even take first-year courses — and are required to take remedial classes to prepare them for college-level challenges.

The entire education system pushes students toward the “College Ideal” yet does not prepare them for serious study, reasoning or communication sk**ls.

Agreed everyone is not meant for college and if you go for liberal arts instead of science it’s a waste of time.
We need to get back to the trades

Liberal arts is not a waste of time; but it might be a waste of money. Teachers need a good liberal arts background. There are other fields for which liberal arts is advantageous. And, of course, if you are wealthy a liberal arts and business program is ideal.

Do you think that this applies to B****s only then you are surely mistaken.

No, I don't think that it applies to B****s only. But, it's much like the a******n industry. Sanger wanted to get rid of B****s, but all races still get a******ns, just B****s get them in higher percentages.

The point is that government policy helps create single parent families. Since urban areas have a larger concentration of poor and since there are large Black populations in urban areas policies related to poverty seem to tend to impact B****s at a higher rate than they do other races.

That is true. But once again, the video was focusing on a "conspiracy" to get these results, rather than a misguided policy. Doesn't change the need to fix it, but focusing on whether it is the result of a "conspiracy" points the conversation in the wrong direction.

Probably because it is easier to dream up some “conspiracy” rather than address the root causes behind a bad result.
