Is this a Yellow Warbler?

This poor bird flew into one of our windows. I think he will be okay since he is now upright and standing. I had to take the picture through the window at a weird angle but..
I thought it was a female Gold Finch but my husband didn't think so since we hadn't seen any Gold Finches lately. I looked it up and it doesn't have the beak of a Finch.

at the moment I believe he is a Yellow Wobbler!
Too often they break their neck when flying straight into a window, so this is one of the lucky ones.
