More Liberal Insanity.

To illustrate how brain dead liberals never project the downside of their policies, California just mandated that no combustion engine cars will be sold in the state after 2035, just over 12 years from now. This is a state that can't meet the current energy demands of its citizens, so what are they going to do when they don't adequately improve their electrical infrastructure and the demand increases 5 fold because of electric cars.

The goal will require steps to reach it. What will they look like?

I read a story a couple of weeks ago of a guy who decided to use his silly electric car on vacation. And tow a RV trailer that looked in the photo to be about 22-24 feet long and just high enough to stand in.
He got 120 miles down the road and was almost dead. It took 2 days to get to the destination that was normally about 4 hours.
In other words, under any load beyond 2 people and a bag of groceries these cute toys are failures.
So that will really drain CA infrastructure with those who live there but add summer tourists using these cars trying to look cool and with it.

I have very bad.
And replacing the batteries costs more than the worth of the car.

Right. The "overexploitation of planetary resources" via strip mining and disposal of toxic waste created by electric vehicles is arriving right on schedule for this.

Interesting read, I almost didn't get past the "Club of Rome" an organization that started talking about g****l w*****g and population growth some 50 years ago, well funded by the likes of Rockefeller and other billionaires and world leaders who made their fortunes often by raping Mother Earth and then expected the little people to change their lifestyles in order to repair the carnage they themselves had prospered from. They actually proffered the idea that the earth could not support more than between 500 million and 1.5 billion humans. Some were less than humane in their ideas as to how we might achieve that population goal.

Anyway your linked article gives one a bit to think about however I did note that the most recent study was done by Gaya Herrington who is an advisor to the Club of Rome which still exists today.

BTW, love your photography where ever and whenever I find it on the web.
