This was taken yesterday on a group shoot at an abandoned Victorian School. As you can see, the school, in modern parlance, is suffering from 'urban decay'. We had the run of the place. I provided the spinning wheel and some basic instruction, plus a few other props, all of which proved popular with the other photographers. Processed in Lr and Ps - mostly combating the dark conditions and high ISO. There was a continuous LED on the model, set fairly low. Your. critique is welcomed.

Great job! Reminiscent of a 17th century painting.

The models profile is beautiful. The mood is pensive. The only thing I would do different if it was my scene would be to darken the profile just a little to match the window light. That Rembrandt thing. That's just me. Your rendering is well done.

My gosh - absolutely fantastic, Dave. Inspiring, fascinating. Even the unruly vines at the window add tremendously to the mood. Great work!!

Beautifully done. I envision a Victorian lady waiting for her lover.

Thanks Beowulf, the theme for this model was pre-Raphaelite but in such a dark room it came out more Rembrandt in colour!

The lady running the shoot picked the room because of those vines Linda - they do control things quite a lot but didn’t make life easy! Many thanks for commenting, it’s always appreciated.
