After forty-two years of photographing the Wichita Wings Indoor Soccer Team, I have learned that I need to stay active photographing difficult artificial lighting events and performances at night and during the Wings off season, or I lose my timing for high action sports. When I learned the Fleur group of dancers and aerialists from Kansas City were coming to Wichita to perform at night under multiple artificial lights, I showed up with camera gear in tow.
