These are additional photos from a few days ago at the small lake and nature path near our new home in Georgia.
The plus is the bird in photo 2. I got about as close as I wanted with the 35/1.8 lens on a Nikon D7500.
A very beautiful tour, Dean!

Beautiful set but lakes in Georgia are one place I don't like to get too close to. I have been around them on Fort Stewart. Not only must one watch for alligators but Water moccasins, a vicious and scary snake. I remember once I was standing at the water's edge shortly before dark when a gator swam right up at my feet and stuck it's eyes out of the water and looked me over.

Thank you for the compliment. There doesn’t seem to be a lot of wildlife here. However, after your warning I will try to be more cautious near the water.

Beautiful images. And, just become aware of your surroundings.
Very pretty, really like No. 2
Dean, they are all winners, but I particularly like the way you took #6 view (which by all rights should have been a fairly ho-hum landscape), got a little gutsy with it and transformed it into something really dramatic.
The eye has to see it before the camera can.

Nice depiction of a nature walk.
Nice set. Selective focus really works well in forested areas.

1 and 5 are my favorites...the skies are so beautiful!
