That is a nice looking full plate of food. Hard to believe none got spilled on the way to the table. I had to look up your Carne Guisada and it sound good!

Great dish. Love to make Carne guisada. Buy the less expensive piece of beef and have with it. Last week I made 5 lbs of it for the entire week. I used my Mom recipe It was delicious.
