I have had several recent updates to my computer, and it seems it may be the cause of my problem. Since the updates, when I am in the UHH program all photos that are noted as Save Original have started showing up +/_ full screen and when I call for Original, the photo shrinks back to almost tiny! I also cannot get program to allow me to save my shots to Original, but this may be a different issue.
If anyone else has had the above problem, please let me know what I can do to make program work as designed.
Thanks in advance,
Larry B.

Larry, it would be very helpful if you let us know the computer, OS, browser, etc.

And maybe an example link to the UHH page to which you are referring?
MS makes it SUPER EASY to "update " W10 to W11 on a qualified computer....
Check your CURRENT O/S version if it is a Wintel machine.
I did [intentionally] update from 10 to 11 and YES things changed,
Especially native photo program.

I am using a Dell computer with Windows 20 and msn for my browser.
I have actually had another email from administrator asking and receiving screen shots of start photo and then downloaded photo. For some reason, although on my machine the download shrinks, my screenshots were both shown as the full screen version.
I am waiting for admin response.
I can also use Firefox (Rarely) but am going to go into UHH again with it to see if it is msn causing the problem.
Thank you all for the responses and offers of help. I will use this reply category to keep you posted of any changes.
Sincerely,
Larry

By chance is there a setting on the browser when downloading to "reduce" the file or download "as is"?

Larry, if you have not yet found the solution to your problem, give a try at this. It should work for you, and it is not a result of updates to the windows operating system.
Wehn, you click on the picture you wish to save, if it is downloadable, it will give you a larger photo along with a cursor with a + on it. If you click this image your cursor will then turn to have - on it. But in either case, if you right click on this larger photo, you will get a menu that has an option "Save Image as" on it. Select that option and then go with the default name or change it to a name you will remember better, and you can even save it into a different folder.
Let us know if any of this works for you. --Richard
