Lunch at the Near Southside Festival. Cane Rosso serves the most authentic wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas in Texas. I had the Zoli, Luscher’s sausage, hot soppressata, tomato sauce, housemade mozzarella and it was delicious.

That looks SO Good, JimG1!! There's just something about Wood-Fired Pizza... appearance and flavor come to mind. And, knowing these tend to be made on premise and not shipped in from some local food distributor!!
