Trump's Ultimate Defence Against Criminal Charges

FPOTUS has managed to slip through 2 impeachments because the Republican Senators did not have "the right stuff" to do "the right thing." In his latest deposition regarding his business dealings in New York he pleaded the fifth, "which you only do if you are guilty."

What other creative excuses will Trump come up with for the latest potential criminal charges of violating the espionage act? The excuses heard so far (packed up by GSA staff, moved by mistake, "I declassified everything") are all pretty weak and would not likely hold up in a court of law.

So what can he do to stay out of an orange jump suit? Well, his best defence is right in the words of his oath that he swore during his inauguration:

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."

So all he has to do is fess up and admit that he was never up to the job in the first place and that the entire presidency was a joke that went too far.

Here we have another example of an individual suffering from Anti-Trump Derangement Syndrome. Under it, an individual cannot see or think straight about anything President Trump says or does, regardless of merit.

How do you excuse Trump having the documents at his residence? Yo7 like words—respond with something meaningful.

And you provide another example of blind individuals supporting a character of extremely questionable behavior. You continue to be led with no ability to see or think straight about anything Trump says or does regardless of merit. Everyone is wrong about everything with the exception of his cult members.

Trying to keep classified documents in his personal possession beyond his presidency was just stupid, and indicative of his lack of respect for the rule of law in this country. There is no reasonable explanation for what he tried to do. Just more Trump crap.

The real problem is the people with Trump Derangement Syndrome. They think the poor little thing is being persecuted, and all their problems would be solved if they would "just leave him alone to do his job of Making America Great Again".

They don't realize, all he wants is to build a Trump hotel in Moscow.

Trump is not the problem—the i***ts who continue to support him and his twisted mentality will live beyond Trump.

Trump has built his profile as a persecution complex. He is not a victim. He is a taker.

Not put exactly that way but his defense is himself.

Here is a good article that is believable on how trump managed. Or rather mismanaged P**********l affairs

Trump has such disregard for rules and policy that I doubt he had a clue on what he had from whitehouse. That’s like saying I didn’t know the gun was loaded.

Same defense as Jr. “too dumb to prosecute”?

If you think Trump isn't the problem, then why do you keep posting threads about Trump being the problem?

You are so funny!

Wait, I forgot something:

Lying Racmanaz:

JCBOY3: "I think they've been trying to retrieve them without a search warrant, because he is a rabid ex president and doing so has great political risk. But he didn't return them with the first batch, ignored a subpoena, and they needed some more direct information on where the documents were. Most likely, someone with knowledge of his house told the FBI, and so the executed a search warrant and found those documents.

Classified documents, especially TS and TS/SCI, have detailed logs that record where they are and who has seen them or has them. There is a person responsible for each document. Those people know what's missing, and who had it, and apparently Trump is the guy. And they know exactly what was in those documents; they most likely have digital copies of those documents.

One question: did they get everything. Or did Trump sneak some off to somewhere else.

I do think this has been a very long delay, but given the response from Republican officials over this, it would be worth it to make sure they treaded lightly. I am amazed at the response, even at this stage, but because Trump has huge support, no matter what laws he breaks, it's still political suicide to cross him. I long for the day when supporting Trump becomes political suicide. The only hope, is that the people v**e hard against the entire Republican political machine for their support of him."

RACMANAZ: "ROTFLMAO boy you people on the left just can't stop with the manufactured conspiracies. LOL"

JCBOY3: "I'm still waiting for you to list the conspiracies you claim I mentioned."

RACMANAZ: "Russia collusion, Trump tower Russia connected bank server, Trump pee tapes, Ukraine "quid pro quo", J** *6
"Trump lead i**********n"....etc all has been debunked."

JCBOY3: "And yet, I never mentioned those "conspiracies". So where did you come up with them? Still living with them?"

RACMANAZ: "Those "conspiracies"?? Oh so you do believe they are real and factual? lol"

JCBOY3: "You can't dodge it. You said I mentioned a bunch of conspiracies, and I'm still waiting for you to identify them. The ones you listed are the ones in your head. Are you still hearing voices?"

RACMANAZ: "Liar, I didn't say you mentioned a bunch of conspiracies."

JCBOY3: "Yes you did. You said it. And I'm still asking: what conspiracies?"

RACMANAZ: "No you are lying again as usual."

I looked it up! It's "A condition of being educated; such that the individual has the ability to think logically, using critical thinking sk**ls to recognize propaganda, fallacy, lies, and misdirection. Often, the afflicted will try and teach those less educated (and therefore more gullible) but will be rebuffed and called a "libtard"."
