Top Secret is nothing to sneeze at, but it's the SCI documents that are the real concern. Purportedly, he had SCI documents in his possession. That's a shortcut to the Espionage Act. And I would bet they weren't data, but were intelligence.

I don't believe it for a second. The Washington Post has had to roll back story after story based on anonymous sources, so this is likely garbage too. Intelligent people might ask themselves exactly what type of "nuclear" documents are normally kept by the office of the president. And then they might next ask, what would Trump want with them any way?

Remember these undisputed facts:

1. Trump did not pack the boxes.
2. The National Archives people already had access to all the records that were removed.
3. Trump secured the room where those records were stored as they requested after a previous visit.
4. Trump assured the National Archive team in June that they would have unfettered access to any records to review their classification at any time. He was fully cooperating.
5. The FBI requested all surveillance cameras at Mar-a-Lago be turned off.
6. The DOJ has not yet provided the supporting documents for the search warrant request.

It is unlikely the DOG will provide the affidavit any time soon. It will have material pertinent to the investigation, including any witnesses or surveillance.

The nuclear documents rumor may have been a spin from what apparently was seized, and that was SCI (sensitive compartmented information). There is no reason for Fat Donny to have SCI documents in his possession.

At any rate, it appears that the warrant was executed in an investitagation of violation of the Espionage Act. That's serious stuff.
