Such BS - the republicans invited Viktor Orbán, Prime Minister of Hungary as a guest speaker at CPAC on August 4th - just 8 days ago! He makes Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, President of Turkey look positively progressive!
Trump invited Erdogan to the WH in 2017 and again in 2019. He has publicly expressed admiration for him and Putin. I am not at all happy with a large segment of the democratic party, but they are not the ones expressing admiration for dangerous autocrats.
