According to SEEK (free download and use for smartphones) it is a Flat-tailed Leaf-cutter Bee.

I don't think its a leafcutter bee (Megachile). Those have a densely furred underside of the abdomen. These things can be tricky, but I suggest a digger bee (Anthophora).
