Thanks, Jack, I guess that they lied to me (LOL).

Now we know how Poe came up with it. He was listening to a Raven that had just sampled his first stale Cheeto... "Nevermore"! We didn't get the full story.

Fun shots.
One of them looks like the rascal that bagged one of my memory cards when I was down there a couple of years ago. I think it is wanted in several states. Guess I should have been more careful.
Love to photograph them in flight working the thermos at South Rim.

At most overlooks on the Bryce ridge you encounter crows. They appear and walk around looking for a handout. This pair did not mind the rain as long as they had hope for a treat.

Comments and suggestions are welcome.

Thanks for looking. I do not have much luck with them in flight.

I am very familiar with the ravens that patrol all the parking areas at Petrified Forest N. P. in AZ. I believe each morning, prior to the park opening, each pair is assigned a specific parking area for that day where they expect "tribute" from visitors. I know from personal experience that certain pairs love Cheezit brand crackers; they just about take them out of your hand. At the Grand Canyon the ravens put on air shows that rival both the USAF Thunderbirds and the USN Blue Angels.

Amazing that they stopped long enough to focus on the crows......"Never, more, quotes, the Raven."
