But I'ma here ta' tell ya'... Oyster Po' Boys just get it DONE!!~ I like to Shuck, pulled that day, Oysters from a nearby Oyster Farm or my favorite Fish market that gets em' from the same place. Freshness is a real flavor key with these little guys!!
...a Nice Dollup of fresh Remolade with a Touch 0' Spicey does the trick along with a few drops of freshly squeezed lemon.... Dang, now I want more!!!

Hefe, I can smell the coriander on that beer right now. Funky Buddha, Oakland Park is the best Hefe for me.
