Not-cho-Normal Dinner Routine.....

.... Nachos for dinner is usually something we just throw together with stuff from the Fridge - Freezer - Pantry. Plus the fact that we make ours on a sheet pan and cook/then broil rather than build on a plate. The cheese (Tillamook Sharp Cheddar here) tastes wonderful after broiling and the chips, Nice'n Crispy!!
... A coupla' IPA's and We'uz all in!!.... Whooohoo!!
