What kind of fly is this?

I was at Octoraro Reservoir yesterday and this fly landed on my friend's gimbal. I can't find a match on the internet.
Fortunately, I had my Z50 with the 50-250mm lens with me as I was shooting with my Z9 & 500mm lens which has a very long minimum focus distance.
