I tried to follow Linda and Paul's suggestions for cropping the sky and dodging the houses (I am away from home and using a finger on the track pad). Also I cropped to the bird for emphasis there but I also included a separate photo of the same bird taken yesterday. This is really a great learning experience and I appreciate the suggestions.Thank you

Photo 1: I like the balance! The post on the left gives the photo depth but I wish it were a little more in focus.
Photo 2: Love the crop and the dodging of the houses bringing out their detail
Photo 3: Love the pattern. The bird and the cage give it life.

Thanks Dixie and yes indeed 4 does seem to have a blue tint. I used silver effects pro and I need to go back and check my choice of presets.

Wonderful! So many treasures here. I do love #3 the most - something about that relatively small bird (and its reflection!) among the pilings. On first view it might not be noticeable, making it all the more a special treat. Thank you so much for sharing these newest edits and crops.

I don't mind the blue tint at all. It's art, after all and a tint can add to an image.

The third image is very good - all that graphic pattern gives it a lot of interest.
