Very conservative Kansas v**ed yesterday to preserve a woman's right to a******n in their state constitution. Roughly twice as many people v**ed compared to the turnout in the 2018 primary. Amazing numbers. T***p w*n Kansas by 15 points in 2020. A******n rights won by an overwhelming margin of 59-41. Red state Kansas just sent a very big message.

Amazing what can happen when citizens are permitted to decide in a Constitutional fashion, as opposed to laws being created by judicial edict. That should be the message.

Ok, I will try to explain this to you. Politically astute people realize that the message is that the SCOTUS decision overturning Roe is very unpopular. Kansans sent a clear message that they do not want their extremist state legislature to enact laws that ban a******n. Another message is that the a******n issue inspires pro- choice v**ers to get to the polls.

Politically astute people with commonsense realize that the original SCOTUS decisions in Roe was very unpopular and that the whole issue should have been handled in Legislation in the first place, not the SCOTUS.

The message is - they support depravity.

Decisions aren’t supposed to be a popularity contest. Its no coincidence that the pro a******n people try and rationalize it that way

However if the v**ers say women can have an a******n then they can.

Wait, then why were you Lefties so outraged at SCOTUS for overturning Roe v Wade? You Lefties were so opposed to democracy at that time, but you are ok with it now? I have no problems with citizens of the state v****g to keep this in their Constitution even though I oppose a******n. Let each states citizens v**e.

I have to say that the somber, reasonable tone we're hearing now is a nice change from the usual ... "Baby k**lers!!"

Even in strong Republican states, women want/need to control their bodies, their lives. Forced birth will never be acceptable.

We would still have s***ery if that were the case.

If you can't find a right to individual liberty in the Constitution, then it's worthless.

In this case the fear that drove the v**e was not judges but rather the Kansas legislature.

Amazing that citizens re-elect. Representative that don’t represent the citizens views.
