You might try right-clicking the image in your web browser and then choosing a visual search. I'm using Edge and there is an option labeled "Visual Search". I'm in the U.S., so I'm getting a result that identifies your caterpillar as a species of Sphinx Moth.
Your results in the U.K. will vary of course.

If you have a smartphone, simply download a program called SEEK. It will identify just about anything that you can take a picture of - plants, insects, spiders. There are other apps out there that do the same thing, but I've used SEEK for a couple of years. It is FREE to use.
