Ivana Trump buried by First Hole

So, Ivana Trump was buried by the first hole of the Trump National Golf Resort.
The reason seems to be that Fat-Boy can get a tax reduction on the property if it's being used as a cemetery.
In the meantime, I'll be mature and not mention the irony that she's buried at the "First Hole".
Melania was upset because she thought of herself as the first hole.
One can only wonder if there are enough holes on the golf course to bury all the women that Donny c***ted on Melania with or will they have to expand to his other resorts?
Maybe Melania can be entombed under the entrance of Trump Towers.
