So, I went to the gun store to buy a Walther PPK .22 auto and they were sold out. In Ohio, if you walk into a gun store you have to buy something, it's a law. Like walking into a camera store- you gotta buy something wether it's lens wipes or a new lens.
So, being the law abiding citizen that I am, I bought a Beretta 92 compact.

Well a toy for an adult is anything not necessary that the adult finds fun and enjoyable. Like a new camera. The OP lives in Oxford which is the location of Miami university. So it was a comment meant for the OP who would understand it. Not anyone else.
