Soba....This use of a gun is not covered in the Second Amendment. I have mentioned before that uses of gun(s) by individuals not covered in the Second Amendment should carry some heavy fines or jail time. Now I'm not talking being caught carrying a gun while arrested for a misdemeanor that did not involve the use of the gun (which may have been in a glove compartment or trunk of a car).

All crime is going to get worse before it gets better because of Liberal DA's, no bail reform and the police having their hands tied plus the empathy for criminals by the Liberals. How did prohibition work out? Mafia guys like Al Capone became millionaires making and selling booze. How would prohibiting the sale of firearms to law abiding citizens work out? Gun runners would become multi millionaires providing guns to the criminal element. Anyone using a gun in a fit of rage or in any illegal activity should absolutely be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law but I don't want to live in a country where only the criminals have guns.
