I am not sure what to do with this well worn icon the Dome F2 camera bag. This was a gift from my photography mentor and probably dates to the late 70's. Well worn but still works , it has been retired and replaced out of respect !! A true classic ! Any one have any thoughts on what to with this bag ?? Thanks !

Use it as a compressible tool bag to carry in your car/suv/etc.

Domke bags are meant to look well used. I just stitched up the seam of the outside pocket on mine and bought a new strap (B&H) and I’ll get another 20 years out of it.

Trim the threads, where the threads are running superglue the run, rub on some water proofing wax over the canvas and let it soak in...it will last a long time. I do this to my 1982 F2. It is a great bag.

I use Domke bags & from what I see that one still has lots of life left, that's why lots of professionals use them they are iconic, so if you don't want it like everyone else says give it to someone or goodwill, someone will find it & appreciate it

I see a real advantage in using one of these. It doesn't scream 'CAMERA BAG' to a thief!

The bag is old and has some damage but it surely looks like a camera bag than any kind of bag.
