Indirect heat with charcoal... Awesome way ta' cook that Chikin'!! Looks good with a nice rub down!! ... Wooohoo!!

That is the best way to grill chicken! It looks mighty tasty!

Thank you for looking. I cook about ever thing with indirect heat on the grill except for a few things like hot dogs and hamburgers. The chicken was cooked with a vortex. I also use a slow and sear for bigger pieces of meat,

I have found that indirect heat is the only way to cook chicken without burning up the outside before the inside gets done. A lot of times I will cook it in the smoker and that works well to.
