Trump supporting clown Steve Bannon promised the "misdemeanor from hell" trial. Apparently, he was just bluffing as usual and offered no defense. Bannon has been convicted of two counts of contempt of Congress and Trump can't pardon him this time like he did the last time he was convicted of a crime.

I'm sure you realize that Holder, Lerner, Barr, (and Meadows) have an actual defense for their actions. Bannon provided no defense because he has none. The judicial system is working as it was set up to do.

Neither Eric Holder or Lois Lerner were convicted.

Why should they go to jail?

Bannon was CONVICTED on two charges. They're both jailable offenses.

That's the difference, one was convicted, and the other two weren't convicted!
