When in Library Mode, I have lost the Gridview option. Anyone know how to get it back?

In the toolbar, turn on the flagged and unflagged filters. Then, hit the X key. Goodbye suck.
For good riddance suck, press Command+delete (Mac) or Ctrl+backspace (PC).

Maybe it would be good if you got yourself a Lightroom book, checked out the FREE tutorials and Youtube videos.
