These are more butterflies from the Butterflies Alive exhibit at the Santa Barbara Museum of Natural History. I find I have a lot of them already and would like to go back again at least one more time to try to better my photographs, sharper, something more interesting, better poses and so on, whatever it is that draws photographers to bring out a better photograph for others to see. A couple here look to be doing their best to make new butterflies, at least one has been in a sprinkler and some are just plain beautiful. I promise there will be more coming.

So often here a series is 10 shots of the same thing with extremely small variations.

Thank you for a lovely comment. I have a bunch more but of course can only display 10 at a time. Give me a couple of days or so and I will post them too. I am sort of getting behind in that I still have Yellowstone photos to submit and some beach photos to submit. Thank God I am retired as I don't know where I ever found the time to work. Come the Fall I will be forced to hunt and fish to fill my freezer too. Oh My.
