Z 7 EXIF Data

I just bought a Z 7 from Roberts camera, when I try to read the shutter count on it at myshuttercount.com I get a message that says "error no shutter count available", I didnt get a manual so what I'm asking is there a way to turn off that information in the camera menu?

Web site "apotelyt.com" will let you get the shutter count.

You can download the PDF User Manual from the Nikon website for free. You should do this as a general best practice.

Ok, I got it, oddly enough the last photo I took with the camera still shows error on that site too, but the one I had taken several seconds before works and shows a count of 1702.

I think it has to be a jpeg and moved directly from the memory card.

Is the other EXIF data available to view?
