Dusky 15-image panoramic merge of the Upper West Side facing east past the Central Park Reservoir
Stunned by the dusky view from my 27th floor overlook of the Upper East Side of Manhattan from my Upper West Side living room window, I tried to capture the magic here. Best viewed in a darkened room.

Nice but too hard to see even in a darkened room. I know that it would improve with time in the dark, but also too small to be worth the time. How about a download?

You've got it. I meant to grant access to the original jpg.

I just returned from my 10-11pm dog walk. I am a night time person, love to walk in a (smaller) city. Downtown not too safe after dark, so I am happy to view your picture.
Opened it up and magnified and enjoyed the show. As sections it looks a lot like St Louis.
However you are welcome to keep the high rise living; I visit those places then head back to level ground to relax.
Boris.
Second photo isn't too dark on my monitor that is calibrated.

Excellent photo. Brightness is perfect on my monitor.
Might be too dark for a wall hanger but would look fantastic on any of my big screen HD TV's.
Excellent images, thanks for sharing.
Pump in some light. If you shot in raw--piece of cake.
I don't ever recognize seeing those two bldgs. that are twins before.
That building is called the El Dorado Towers located at 300 Central Park West on the Upper West Side in Manhattan
The point is that there WAS low light and I didn't want to brighten it in post. It's as you see it. That was the charm. To brighten it is to detroy the effect I was going for.

Right on!! Your photograph does express the experience of being in a darkened city at night.
Bright lights are way overrated.

Piece of cake if shot in jpg as well.
I like it as is but for laughs, I loaded it into Affinity and did a 3 second curves adjustment to brighten it up, and Affinity handled the jpg just fine. I suppose if shot in raw, you could turn it into daylight or something but...
If I were planning to shoot this scene, I likely would shoot in raw, which I rarely ever do other than in iffy conditions.
