I intend to purchase athird party battery for my Canon R6. I have heard good impressions about this brand.
Can you give me any better advice ?
I use 3rd party batteries.

Third-party batteries usually work well for me, but most won't last quite as long or get as many shots per charge as OEM. I would imagine many of them all come from the same place no matter the "name" on the box in any case. PS - If you paid well over $2,000 for your camera as I suspect you did, you might want to stick with OEM. I'm willing to accept any risk because I paid less than that for my last four cameras combined so I've got a lot less to lose if a battery fries one of them. Good luck!
I have used Wasabi batteries successfully in my Canon DSLRs for several years.
Watson is imported by a company called Gradus. Gradus exists solely to import and market off-brands for B&H.
I’ve had two issues with Gradus products (they are so intertwined that B&H immediately directs you to Gradus, who has all your order info), and they were all addressed promptly.
Yes…I get it…battery, chemicals, leaks, in your camera. I own one Watson battery and have had no issues with it.
I have one Watson. Have had it for years. It has worked perfectly and shows no sign of deterioration. I've used it in a 70D, a 6D, a 5DIV, an R, and now my R5. Totally compatable with all. The idea that all 3rd party batteries discharge quicker then OEM batteries is nonsense. The cheaper ones, yeah, that wouldn't surprise me, but good quality 3rd party batteries will perform every bit as well as OEM.
I have a Watson for the D850 and it's terrific. I intend to get a Watson for my Z9.
I have Watson batteries as backups for my r5, and r7. Have never had an issue.

I don't think the brand matters. I doubt that Watson and all the other brands have battery factories. A few companies make batteries - for cars, cameras, etc. Various companies buy them and put their names on them. I use generic batteries in everything.

I don't know this brand, but use 3rd party batteries along side my OEMs. Don't see any difference, other than cost.

I wouldn’t be surprised is 90% of a given battery are made by only a couple companies. I’ve used a number of brands but have largely settled on Wasabis and OEM. Where I mostly see differences is when some 3rd party reach approx 50% remaining. The next indicator is a flashing yellow.
I have two pairs of Watson batteries for my Sony a99ii and the RX10M4. One thing I like about these batteries is that they do not lose the charge in storage like the Sony batteries do. No problems with these batteries.

They bought the batteries with their names on them already.
Thank you LFingar
Certain names like Vivitar I used for my RX100 lost its charge quicker and finally died after a year.
Thank you bnsf .
I also had 2 good Watson batteries which maimtain their charge pretty good.
