I like this photo. It tells me a lot about what is happening and about the people. It tells an entire story...we know there is music, the people are happy, the people are at some street faire or outdoor venue, the people are a little "hippie-ish" based on their clothes. SOME might say you should have captured...blah blah blah in the photo, such as maybe wait for the people in the background to clear out or her eyes visible, but these scenes develop quickly and what you get is what you get sometimes. In fact, it is my pet peeve to have some pro critique a photo when they say, "if only you would have had a lady with a red umbrella" or similar. Well, there wasn't a lady with a red umbrella, there were two people dancing in the street in a very transient moment. The other thing this photo tells me is most everyone else was just walking by and you, the photographer, stopped to look, compose and capture the scene...which is what it is all about.
On the needs improvement side, MAYBE if you had a real camera (i didnt look at the exif or download and dont know what you were shooting) you could have done a burst of shots but I almost never do that. I take a few shots and move on...
