A few years ago I read an article that stated there are only a few factories/companies in the world that make battery cores in any volume and all the various brands of batteries buy their cores from them and assemble batteries, and yes often one factory assembles batteries for several brands.
Now some battery cores have a better reputation than others and some countries' core makers have a better reputation overall. Japan seems to be at or near the top of the heap overall.
Wasabi used to put that they used all Japanese cores in their batteries in their ads. But if they still do or not I have always gotten good service from their batteries. I just did a random check, my latest Wasabi batteries say "Made in China". The company is Southern California based. Most of the camera company brand batteries seem to still be made in Japan. South Korea is also big in the battery business but mostly larger ones, like for electric cars.

All of my Canon batteries, including the LP-E6NH, were made in China. In today's world it doesn't matter where a product is made. What matters is to what specifications the product is being made and what the quality control standards are. The three year old Mercury outboard on my boat was made in China. It performs flawlessly. All of my life jackets are by Mustang Survival, one of the top names in floatation devices. They were all made in China. Their high quality is evident. While I have no use for the Chinese government, the Chinese people are smart, hardworking, and can produce top quality items as well as anyone in the world.

Yes, the best of Chinese products are as good as any in the world. And though it may be shrinking there is a portion of Chinese industry whose products are still cheaply made and of only mediocre quality at best.

I need Canon replacement batteries LP-E6N 7.2V / 1856mAh Li-ion. Has anyone had success with Non- Canon replacements? Thanx for your help.

My only experience is with Canon batteries that came with each camera and the spare Canon batteries purchased from B&H or Adorama to minimize the likelihood of getting knockoffs.
These observations are not what I have read, seen on Youtube, or what "they tell me". Although I am a fan of Mr. Ken Rockwell.
I also apologize for NOT directly answering the question " Has anyone had success with Non- Canon replacements?"

I "try" to start any planned shoot with a fresh battery, but I seldom do, so I ALWAYS have a freshly charged spare battery in my pocket or camera bag.
This is a habit that started with my Canon 7D and continues to this day while using my Canon R5 with IBIS and using IS lenses.
The Canon RP does not have IBIS however it supports my RF IS lens. For the Canon RP I ALWAYS have a freshly charged spare battery in my pocket or camera bag.
The Canon RP does have a much smaller battery and just as large an appetite for electrons.
Using this system I have NEVER been caught without ample power even after a day of touring and 200+ shots/day.

In fact, some of the very batteries I currently use were purchased with my Canon 6D body "a few years back" and they all perform without issue in both the Canon 5DIV and the R5.
They are all numbered and put into the "rotation".
I don't notice ANY meaningful battery consumption difference between my Canon 5DIV (with mirror) and my (mirrorless) Canon R5.
However, I'm pretty sure someone will take issue with this statement.

I don't take many sports shots so I don't "spray and pray". I'm still a surviving relic of the film era so I "measure my shots trice and shoot once". (grin)
Now, as part of the digital age I also now "Chimp", share, fiddle with my settings, and delete images in-camera.
All in all Canon battery life makes me . . . . .
