Well, not really so little. These are early morning shots of lions at the Artis Amsterdam Royal Zoo. Founded in 1838, the Artis Royal Zoo is not only the Amsterdam zoological garden, but it is also a haven for some 700 animal species and 200 tree varieties, many on the verge of extinction. A fabulous zoo, right in the heart of the city, laid out really well and home to a fine collection of animals, gardens and exhibits....enjoy. Cheers
