This is a shrine for dead fishermen.
Talking to the people of the nearby village, they told me that they erected it when a fisher boat was lost about 20 years ago and later some of the crewmembers were found drowned on the shore, at this very point.
After that, they kept putting tombstones for each fisherboat that did not return home...
