No, they're not the same thing.
You provided a picture, you didn't provide a video.
A photo could look suspicious to one person, and normal to someone else.
A video would suspicious body movements, and could show suspicious facial expressions, or both.

This is not a threat to anyone, but if you insist on using AI to go after "suspicious" faces or actions, that very same AI could end up turning on you or others in ways you hadn't thought about.
You do realize that all AI needs to be programmed, don't you?
What's to say that the programmer won't skew the programming to go after people like you and others like you here on UHH who constantly attack people here in the Atic?
Kind of like a "red f**g" for those of strong opinions who can't seem to understand that just because you hold an opinion, it doesn't mean that your or their opinion is morally or legally correct.
Curious minds want to know how you'd like going from the h****r to being hunted for your off the wall opinions?
I can think of several here in the Attic who wouldn't like to see the tables turned on them due to an AI hunting down "suspicious" posts.

Nobody said 'faces' or 'actions'. Most of the suspicious things are Words: "shoot up the school", "k**l my family".
There is currently NO AI system looking a social media, that is helping law enforcement.
