I've been in the same house for the past 45 years. I live on a hill with a lot of view, have all kinds of wildlife in my yard (just saw a doe with two spotted fawns under the apple tree) and birds galore! It's a beautiful state! Thanks Ski, some parts of portland are messed up and the homeless situation is a definite issue, but it nis really not that bad. The food (restaurants) are amazing amazing as is the Columbia river. I thoroughly enjoy my visits with my family there.
