One of our favorite nearby restaurants makes a dish called The Floridian which looks just like that but made with French toast. Delicious.

I do not frequent chain restaurants. I do go to local diners occasionally for breakfast. Most of the time, I cook - easier, faster, less expensive and usually better! My wife prefers my cooking to restaurants.
