Needed a quick Brunch the other day... English muffin kinda' deal. SO MANY things you can do with those things!
~ I settled on toasting then mayo, a few little salami slices, sliced turkey, tomato slice, smoked Gouda cheese - Then - into the little toaster oven for some more toasty action on the cheese.
OMGosh, this sounds so good while I'm typing this.... I might hafta' do'it again.........

If you ever feel like trying your own McMuffins I purchased a set of four of these egg molds on Amazon. They are the perfect size, but not really non-stick as claimed. Coating with a little vegetable oil rather than butter is recommended for the cleanest results. Use the included brush to apply the oil.

I have the egg rings and if you put the egg in all at once a lot runs out from under the ring, what I do is put the ring in the pan to get it hot and then put a Tbsp or so of egg around the inside of the ring to set up (15 sec) and glue the ring to the pan then dump the rest of the egg in the ring and no more leaking egg.

Beautifully done, quickie recipe and photo. Melting the smoked Gouda on top made it worthy of an entry on the Four Seasons brunch menu.😊
