My company's HR department as already told everyone (today) that might want to abort a child not to worry, and for good reason.
There is absolutely no down side for a woke company to promise their "birthing parents" an all expense paid trip to abort their children.
First: a week off vs. 3 months paid maternity leave.
Second: They don't have to pay for a replacement temp for the "birthing parent" out on maternity leave.
Third: An employee with no or fewer children is much more likely to be productive and focused on company business.
fourth: They can crow to the world about how "woke" they are.
Winner winner, chicken dinner.
Cynical? You bet. Their likely motiviation? Sure, they're HR people, Satan has a better chance of ending up in heaven.

Very sick, hard to work for such firms and they know that you cannot leave usually.
A firm I do work for is that way and is a major source of my work.
