Gorgeous classic wooden runabout! We used to see a lot of them on and around Lake Placid in New York. They were a rather common sight in the evening when the owners took them out for a cruise. Such craft usually spent most of the day in covered boathouses to protect them from the ravages of mid-day sunlight.

Good looking Chris Craft Kim. There is a Wooden Boat Festival every year in Madisonville, La. All wooden boats from runabout size up to 70'-80'. Well worth a visit. You can see some in my Flickr link below.
