I'm thinking of having a Calton case made for it. I dunno. The one my luthier found for it fits pretty well. It's a Gator case made for a resonator guitar.

On occasion, I play at a venue that also streams to YouTube. I'm lousy at home recording (I'm much better at photography ), so as a poor substitute, let me try to describe what it sounds like, and why...

I wanted a guitar that would "do it all," from soft jazz fingerstyling to hard, raucous rock. I play a lot of acoustic guitar, so I wanted an electric guitar that would also work well in small environments unplugged. The single pickup on the hollow body is a Bare Knuckles PAF ("Patent Applied For," the old designation of pickups used in the '50s). It has a wide range of personality, which means I can get a lot of "crunch" if I want it, or a lot of "clean" instead (which is what I really like).

My hands are small, and most of the quality guitars I've put my hands on sound great but feel quite awkward. So, my luthier and I spec'd it all out, and the result was, as he said, "a fun little guitar to play." At the last moment, he recommended adding a "sound port," which is a quarter-sized hole on the shoulder of the upper bout (facing the player), which lets the player (me) get a better and more accurate sense of what is coming out the front.

Took my first music lesson two weeks before my 8th birthday. Was working in a music store and playing professionally in a wedding band at 14. In my collection I have instruments with names like Martin, Gibson, Fender, Epiphone, Ovation, even a Gretsch that was made in Brooklyn USA.
I can only imagine what having something custom built to your specks would set you back
It looks so good I would be afraid to open the case much less take it out and play it.

I have a Martin that I absolutely love. The sound is fantastic, plugged or unplugged. My problem is it is not my primary instrument. Piano/keyboards are. So, that being said, my fingers get sore really fast from not playing the guitar as often. So, to get relief, I have to pick up the fender Stratocaster for a while. It’s much easier on the fingers.
