Thanks to all for your kind comments, and the info on the Buick!
My favorite shot is the Model A. Unfortunately, I prefer cars restored to factory original. I just don't care for the highly modified ones, but that's just me.

Actually I do too, but sometimes if they are to be driven often, updating the drivability is good. My brothers truck, the 54 F-100 shown, the body is all stock but but it has rack and pinion steering plus corvette power brakes and an updated Ford V-8 that's painted and decals applied to make appear like the original engine, but anybody who knows Ford engines can tell it isn't stock. Thanks for your comments.
12,000 registered cars ??!! I've never been to a car show with that many entries with the exception of "Hershey in the Fall". That must be enormous!! Nice shots.
Great set of some vintage vehicles Bushpilot.

It's a 3 day show, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, you have to pay your fee and register ahead of time, so some don't make it, not every registered car is there all three days, cars have to be driven in and driven out by closing time which I believe is 10pm. So not all participants are there at the same time. There are cars coming and going all day long. Participating cars must be 1964 or older. Back to the Fifties is the second largest attended event at the fairgrounds, the Minnesota State Fair is first.
