Very nice image nicely set off by the background. Not an expert but while it's possible for a bonsai to live over a thousand years, most are under 100 and they average less than 20. One thing obvious, someone at that library knows what they are doing.

They are. Iโ€™m not that good at gardening so Iโ€™ll stick to photographing these wonders.

Thanks for the compliment and the additional info. A bonsai at my house may make it only to one. I have to say that I like your point about someone knowing what theyโ€™re doing - and we get to photograph their work
