The first one is an Ohana Bell Uke. It's based on one made in the 1920s by Lyon and Healy. The second one is what a reviewer calls "a fun uke" with a Totem design. It's not something you would use in the recording studio, but I like the looks. It's made by Keiki, a division of Ortega Guitars.

I have my mothers Uke, she was a 'flapper' in the 20s; also have a half-size uke that she had. I make classical guitars and have wood and schematics for a full size uke but have never got around to making it...maybe someday!

"Play" leaves a lot of leeway. I'm not about to sign a recording contract, but I can follow a page of music. There are weekly jams I attend occasionally. It's lots of fun.

This is my only 100% electric, but quite a few have pickups and can play through an amp. It's a Vorson.
