I took a Victorian cooking class and we made seed cake. I did not think I would like it because it had a lot of Caraway seeds in it, but it was really good. Fun class with a history lesson.

Thanks for the comment. I found this recipe on line and this is the one we used. But there are other sites that give a better history of the dish.
